Shopify Theme support guru (Part time)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our existing Shopify theme support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers that use our Shopify themes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding Shopify theme features and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Shopify themes
  • Write and maintain documentation for theme customization and usage
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for theme improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with Shopify features

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience using Shopify as a store owner or service provider
  • Good understanding of HTML & CSS preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Availability to work daily (mornings EST) on a part time basis
