Shopify Theme support guru (Part time)
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our existing Shopify theme support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers that use our Shopify themes.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding Shopify theme features and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Shopify themes
- Write and maintain documentation for theme customization and usage
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for theme improvements
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify features
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience using Shopify as a store owner or service provider
- Good understanding of HTML & CSS preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Availability to work daily (mornings EST) on a part time basis
