Display product ratings
Important note: The Product Reviews app has been sunset and delisted as of Sept 05, 2023
As a replacement to the 'Product Reviews' app, five of the most popular product review apps in the Shopify App store are now integrated with Shopify metaobjects to facilitate easy syncing of reviews between channels – Judge.me, Loox, Okendo, Stamped, and Yotpo. These apps boast the same features as the 'Product Reviews' app and offer free plans to support merchant' transitions.
Some of our themes include a product rating block within the product sections and a global theme setting for the product grid where products are visible in collections and featured collection sections.
In the product section select the Product rating block.
This block displays the average product rating in stars, with the number of reviews in parenthesis, for example: ★★★★★ (8).
Displaying product ratings requires a product review app such as Shopify Product Reviews, and metafield definitions for reviews.rating_count and reviews.rating.
To show ratings in the product grid open: Theme settings > Product grid.
Enable the Show product ratings checkbox. Review ratings will now be shown where available within the product grid across your store.
