Fashionopolism - Collection list page
The collection page in your Shopify store will automatically list all of the collections that currently exist. By default Shopify will output those collections in an alphabetical order.
Section settings for the All collections section include:

Collections per row
Set the number of collections per row, switches to 2 on mobile -
Rows
Set how many rows of collections are shown before pagination is required to view the next page. -
Bold titles
A toggle to bold the titles -
Show product count
Toggle the display of the number of products in each collection -
Text position
Choose to show collection title content floating on the image or below it -
Image ratio
Select and image shape and ratio to ensure even or decorative collection display.
Additional sections can be added via the Sections sidebar and dragged into a preferred position on the page.
Tip: If you would prefer to choose which collections are shown and control the order that they appear in, choose a Collection list from the available sections instead
